Ruby is a Coordinator in the Division of Global Health at the Columbia University School of Nursing, working in close collaboration with Dr. Tonda Hughes. She supports the goals of the Program for the Study of LGBT Health—particularly those related to research.
Ruby received her Master of Public Health degree from Emory University Rollins School of Public Health, specializing in global health and maternal and child healthcare (MCH). While completing her degree, she conducted MCH research projects in East Africa and contributed to HIV data analysis at the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention and the Georgia Family Planning System.
